Title: Out of the Blue
Author: Lila Rose
Genre: Romance
Release Date: October 23, 2018

Blurb

At forty, Lan Davis is looking for his damned picket fence and 2.5 kids. What he doesn’t expect is instead of a wife in the picture, his mind keeps conjuring up images of two men. One, his partner in the force, who is as straight as they came, the other an ex, who he’d hurt but never forgot.

After an incident leaves Lan injured, the two men rally around him… only maybe they shouldn’t have. It seems a medicated Lan is a truthful one.

Parker Wilding is pissed at the world. His anger builds when his partner refuses medical care after an attack. Instead, Lan entrusts his neighbour to take care of him—a guy Parker doesn’t trust. While he’s aware they share a history, when the past is revealed, the truth shocks the hell out of him.

Being emotionally crushed ten years ago, Easton Ravel hoped he would never have to see the man who broke him again. Hope is a fickle b*itch. And now he’s not sure how to handle being face-to-face with the man he once loved. Add in the mix the annoying, testy Parker, and Easton finds his limits are pushed.

Just not in the way he thought they would be.

What happens next sure does come out of the blue.

Author: Lila Rose
Genre: Romance

Adalyn Sage.

I’m thirty-seven, a mother, a divorcee, and I’m ready to date again.

I need a man willing to love me for who I am, despite what size I am. Only finding such a guy is harder than it’s cracked up to be. Afterall, I’m a little clumsy and just a tad outspoken… that is unless I’m in front of a man so good-looking my panties melt. Then I become an absolute weirdo.

Case in point: Vice Salvatore. Stunning. Growly. And also my boss.

Thank God his a**hole attitude put my racing heart at ease and changed my lust to hate.

Nope. I don’t care for him. Won’t. I’ll continue to ignore my ladybits and stay strong.

At least for a while.

When we arrived at the arcade place, Molly disappeared with Drew, no doubt to teach him how to make others cry, and I took a spot in the cafeteria area, wallowing in embarrassment while drinking my Dr. Pepper.

Of course, my mind wouldn’t jump past the fact I saw Mr. Salvatore’s penis, or body for the matter. He obviously took very good care of himself. It kind of made me want to visit a gym… and then I laughed myself silly. Walking was my friend, anything else wasn’t since I was clumsy half of the time. Sometimes I even fell over my own two feet. Leaning back in my seat, I wondered when I would stop making a fool of myself in front of Mr. Salvatore. I also wondered why in my head I kept calling him Mr. Salvatore?

Vice.

His name was Vice.

It felt naughty saying his name in my head.

God. I was losing my mind.

A shadow fell over the table. I glanced up and closed my eyes. “God,” I groaned.

“No. Just Vice.”

Opening my eyes, I noticed he wore casual clothes instead of the suits I’d seen him in, and dang it all, he looked amazing in casual as well. The jeans hugged him in all the right places, and the black tee showed off his upper body well. Bloody heck, I had to stop running my gaze over him. Sighing, I asked, “What are you doing here? You shouldn’t be here after what happened… not that we’re talking about what happened, because we’re not, ever. It shouldn’t have happened.” I needed to shut my mouth. “Do you by any chance have a time machine?”

His lips twitched. “Not on me, no.”

“Darn,” I muttered. He suddenly pulled out the chair opposite me and sat down, all serious once again. My eyes widened. “What are you doing?”

“Sitting.”

“Why?”

Please, just go.

“I don’t want you working in my store,” he stated, his eyes dipping into a glare.

My jaw dropped. “You have got to be kidding me? You hunted me down to fire me?” Leaning forward, I asked, “Is this because you saw me pee or because I saw you naked?”

“You didn’t tell me you saw him naked,” Molly screeched behind me, causing me to jump. Twisting around, I saw, thankfully, Drew wasn’t with her. Before I even asked, she pointed to the left, and I saw my son at the basketball game. “He’s fine. So, you saw my brother naked?”

Sighing, long and loud, I thumped my head onto the table. “Yes,” I mumbled into the wood. “And now he’s here to fire me.”

Title: Making Sense

The bell over the door rang as someone opened it. I placed a wide smile on my face, only to freeze when my wet dream walked into the store.

Oh, God. He was… stunningly hot.

I was going to choke and burn.

He glanced over his shoulder and smiled when a woman entered just after him. I let out a whoosh of air that had caught in my lungs. When I knew the hot guy, like Clint, for instance, was taken, I was totally fine around them.

Although, I couldn’t help but feel the sad dip in my belly knowing the man candy in front of me was taken. Then again, he was totally out of my league. At least he was entertainment for a few moments in the boring night.

“Hi,” I chirped, and waved when they both looked my way.

Wow, his lady friend was also stunning. A little on the larger size like myself, and gorgeous, and seeing them together made me like the man even more because he went for a bigger-sized woman.

“Hey, hi, um, just looking,” she spat, and then giggled nervously.

Aw, she was shy. I wanted to take her in my arms and hug her, tell her there was nothing wrong with being in an adult store.

However, I didn’t. Instead, with my eyes holding hers, I said, “Let me know if you need any help. The other day our delivery came in with a shock therapy simulation kit for the nipples, clit and pussy mound. I’ve heard they do wonders to get you aroused.” The woman blanched. But when the man beside her choked out a laugh, I turned to find him looking at me. I quickly averted my gaze back to the woman. Yes, I was okay with good-looking men once I knew they were taken, but his eyes, his warm, dark, luscious eyes wanted to hold me captive until I shouted my deepest darkest secrets, and I didn’t think it would go down well when his girlfriend was standing right next to him.

“Um, thank you. I think. But really we’re just looking. Filling in some time.” She thumbed to the man next to her. “He dared me to come in while we waited—”

“What are these?” the man asked suddenly.

Dang it, I didn’t want to look at him. My face was already starting to feel hot. I shouldn’t have had that reaction since it was obvious he was taken, yet I was still acting like an idiot around him. Quickly, I flicked my gaze to see what he held. My eyes widened a fraction. Did he even read the packet? It was really self-explanatory.

Or maybe he couldn’t read or he needed glasses to read.

Sucking in a breath, I called forth my sales persona and pasted on a smile. Talking to him didn’t actually mean I had to look at him. I could fake it.

God, I hoped I could.

Exclusive Excerpt:

Dating was painful. My husband left us two years ago, and only recently, I’d gotten the courage to try dating again. Since the decision, I’d been on a few in the last couple of months, none of which had bloomed into something amazing. That was if something amazing still existed. I was convinced it wasn’t out there for me.

My latest failed example was a man named Ronald, an accountant who happened to be sitting across from me. When I arrived at the restaurant, he seemed nice. I thought for the barest of moments he could be the one willing to do the honors of removing my hymen. Because I was sure that sucker had grown over again.

Ronald certainly looked like he’d enjoy the task of re-breaking my hymen. I could tell by how his hand was in his pants shifting his erection around. At least, I thought it was an erection; it could also be a cucumber, and he wanted me to think he was huge.

I just wished he’d leave it alone.

Huh, and my friend Molly was worried about my table manners.

Although, did I really care that Ronald was a wanker—hee-hee—or he loved himself more than anything in life? No, at least, not then I didn’t. I also didn’t give two hoots Ronald had a huge wart on the side of his nose…. If only I could stop staring at it, then I really wouldn’t care.

“I’m sorry, Adalyn, I’ve been talking all about myself. Tell me, what is it you do for a living?” Ronald asked, shifting sideways in the booth to face me. What the heck? Did he just thrust his crotch up at me? At least his hand was out of his pants when he did it.

“Well, you see, I run my own jewelry store on eBay.”

He smiled. “That’s cute. Does it do well?”

Cute?

Seriously?

My items did extremely well, and they weren’t cute; they were wicked.

“Yes, they do. I’m gaining more customers each day.”

“Hmm. Is that all you do? Make crafty things?”

I had the urge to kick him in the teeth or knee him in the cucumber.

“No,” I gritted out. “Though, it will be once my business gets noticed more.”

“Right.” He smirked. The assmuncher.

Gone were the thoughts of him getting anywhere near my hoo-ha. The idiot could just shove his hand back down his pants and keep touching himself, because that was the only action he would be getting that night.

Still, the least I could do was get a meal out of him and maybe a nice conversation.

Okay, I was doomed.

“I also work part-time in an adult store.”

Of course, his eyes would light up at that.

He leaned in. “That’s very interesting. Do you get to try some products out, to, you know, let customers know what they’re like?” He smiled, and when he did, I saw a chunk of bread, from the breadsticks on the table, sitting in his teeth.

Internally groaning, I asked myself, What am I really doing here with him?
